Angstrom Technologies SC-235 fluoresces a brilliant red color when exposed to shortwave UV excitation (254 nm). It does not fluoresce when exposed to longwave UV excitation (365 nm). This characteristic makes SC-235 an excellent choice for security inks and other media. It can be used alone or combined with different longwave fluorescent compounds to create bi-fluorescent features used for document security and brand protection applications.

Angstrom Technologies SC-65 is a fluorescent organic pigment featuring 98–100% organic red-emitting pigment. In its free-flowing powder state, the visible color ranges from white to off-white. This product is designed for use in printing and packaging, specifically in specialty inks.

Angstrom Technologies VP-08 is an Optically Variable Pigment (OVP). OVP’s are odorless, free flowing crystalline powders that change color depending on the viewing angle. They are inorganic compounds that are insoluble in all organic solvents and water. These pigments are suitable for the manufacture of Optically Variable Inks (OVI’s).Angstrom Technologies VP-08 is a metallic effect, an inorganic pigment, and an optically variable pigment (OVP). Depending on the viewing angle, the visible color shifts from gold at 0° to yellow-green at 120°. This pigment is suitable for the manufacture of optically variable inks (OVIs). In its physical state, it is an odorless, free-flowing crystalline powder with multiple visible colors, ranging between gold and yellow-green.
